All ages are welcome Slim & Trim Wit Gee teaches Trap, Twerk, and Zumba Aerobics...I wanted to create a class that not only offers people the ability to get a good workout in boosting self-confidence and energy levels, but a class that offers people motivation, goal setting, and learning about being a healthier and happier person.
About Slim & Trim Wit Gee
As a professional Fitness Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t do it! It is not impossible but no one ever said it was easy. My journey is still going and I need to continue to work hard. I am not where I want to be but slowly but surely I will get there and that’s a FACT . Three and a half months ago I was 289-290 and today I have reached 210 #weightlossjourney

Drop-In Class/Virtual Class
One day fitness class for all levels. Our classes incorporate Trap & Twerk cardio dance moves with strength training for the ultimate full-body workout that can slay your wellness goals.
Monthly Membership/ Virtual
This cardio Trap & Twerk dance class will get your heart racing! A new routine is taught each month with fun dance moves set to the latest radio songs. The only rules in class are to keep moving and have fun - if you do those two things, the fitness benefits will come naturally! No prior dance experience is necessary, all levels of fitness are welcome and encouraged...
